Australia Post Eparcel

Eparcel requires a signature for delivery so please request the shipping address to be somewhere you will be during working hours. Delivery can take up to 5-7 business days from when you place your order.

$3.00 per parcel up to 1kg

$1.00 extra for every additional 1kg thereafter

Australian Air Express

Australian air express requires a signature for delivery but will try and re-deliver if you are not at home. A delivery will then be made the following day and if you are not home, a note will direct you to your local post office. Delivery will be within 3 business days from when you place your order.

Please note we only currently deliver to Australian Postal Addresses.

Nancy Ganz is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn, tags attached) within 21 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

*We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we are happy to exchange the size if required.

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. A completed return form must accompany all claims made. Unfortunately we cannot accept purchases made through our retail stores.
