Eparcel requires a signature for delivery so please request the shipping address to be somewhere you will be during working hours. Delivery can take up to 5-7 business days from when you place your order.

Australian air express requires a signature for delivery but will try and re-deliver if you are not at home. A delivery will then be made the following day and if you are not home, a note will direct you to your local post office. Delivery will be within 3 business days from when you place your order.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn, tags attached) within 21 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
