Australian Shipping

Standard Shipping – FREE Australia Wide

Within 2-3 days from the date of order.
**Up to 7 days for remote areas

Orders are delivered by Startrack premium. A signature on delivery is required, however if the delivery address is unattended, the courier will attempt to re-deliver the following day. If the address is still unattended, the courier will leave a card directing you to collect from your local post office. Startrack premium cannot deliver to post office boxes or parcel lockers.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard Shipping – $14.95

North Island: Within 3-4 business days from the date of order
South Island: Within 4-6 business days from the date of order

A signature on delivery is required, however if the delivery address is unattended, the courier will leave a contact card to reschedule the delivery. This service is not available for delivery to post office boxes or parcel lockers.

International Shipping

Nancy Ganz currently only ships to Australian and New Zealand postal addresses.




Return Policy

Nancy Ganz owners and affiliated companies are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Nancy Ganz product, please return it to us in its original condition, unworn, with the tags (and hygiene stickers on swimwear) still attached, within 21 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

*We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we are happy to exchange the size if required.

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. A completed return form must accompany all claims made. Online purchases cannot be returned in retail stores. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for purchases made through our retail stores.
