Shipping in 2020 – An update from Australia Post

An update from Australia Post on changes to delivery process due to the increasing impact of coronavirus:

Australia Post have implemented additional measures with their delivery drivers, posties and Post Office staff for delivery or collection of parcels due to the increasing impact of coronavirus. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, a staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

These measures will apply to all Australian ecommerce orders placed on www.nancyganz.com.au

Order will dispatch from our warehouse within 2-3 days from the date of order.
Orders are delivered by Australia Post.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard Shipping – $14.95

Order will dispatch from our warehouse each Tuesday and Friday.
Orders are delivered by DHL.
This service is not available for delivery to post office boxes or parcel lockers.

International Shipping

Nancy Ganz currently only ships to Australian and New Zealand postal addresses.




How Long Will Delivery Take

Our warehouse is operational Monday to Friday aiming to process your order as quickly as possible.

For Australian postal orders, orders are dispatched 2-3 days from date of order and are normally delivered within 2-4 days of dispatch.

For New Zealand postal order, orders are dispatched from our warehouse on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders are normally delivered 3-4 days (North Island) or 4-6 days (South Island) from date of dispatch.

Please note there may be delays during sale events, as we expect a high volume of orders at this time. During these events, we will keep you posted with updated shipping times.




Do I Need to Sign for My Parcel?

To ensure your parcel reaches you as fast as possible, all parcels will not require a signature and will be left for you at your nominated address, unless deemed unsafe by the courier driver. The best address is one where someone will be present to receive the delivery within business hours.




Return Policy

Nancy Ganz owners and affiliated companies are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Nancy Ganz product, please return it to us in its original condition, unworn, with the tags (and hygiene stickers on swimwear) still attached, within 90 days of receipt and we will either replace it or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

**We do not offer refunds on sale items; however, we are happy to exchange the size if required.

Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. A completed return form must accompany all claims made. Online purchases cannot be returned in retail stores. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for purchases made through our retail stores.
